Suzy Robison Executive Summary

Suzy Robison

Executive Summary
Before returning to school I worked for a SaaS company that made their spreadsheets manually, sometimes spending several hours inputting data and formatting it for the executive team. At one point they had an employee who would create a ranking system for the sales representives manually, taking the sales spreadsheets with all of the sta:s:cs and then re-‐making them into a document for the management team, highlighting important metrics.
My project provides a solution to the manual ranking and emailing process that was previously used. It takes the pre-‐made statistics sheet, which includes different sales productivity metrics, and weights the various ac:vi:es, automates the ranking, attaches it to an email, and sends the email when a button is clicked.
This project will allow visibility to the executive team on which employees are the most effective on any given day, and will allow the employees responsible for manually creating the spreadsheets the ability to spend their time on more worthwhile tasks.
