Are You One in a Million??

Executive Summary
Several months ago, a friend told us had an idea for a website that he was convinced would generate a lot of traffic.  The idea was to create a website where someone can enter in general characteristics about a person and find out that person’s rarity.  You think the girl you are dating is one in a million?  Well just go to this site and find out for sure.
With this as an idea that was floating around in our minds, as the semester went on we became convinced that this idea could come to life.  We met with our friend up in Sandy, discussed the idea, and then we were off to the races.
We created a working program that evaluates how rare a person is using six criteria.  The criteria we selected were gender, age, employment, relationship status, education level and race.  Certain ratios were assigned to each of the possibilities for each of the six categories.  As someone gives his or her six pieces of information, our program calculates how rare of a person you are in the state of Utah.
