Inventory Tracking System

My brother-in-law, Cory, is going to start a business selling or renting products people can use to make their homes friendlier towards those with disabilities. Cory needed a way to track inventory, both those things he purchases, the things he sells, as well as the things he rents. My project was to create an inventory tracking system by which Cory could know how much of each unit of inventory he owns (i.e. items he has purchased as well as rented out) as well as how many units he has available to him.

To do this, the project uses user forms to gather data about customers and vendors as well as inventory items and transactions. It then records them in worksheets and calculates total costs and revenues for those individual items of inventory as well as total revenue per customer. In addition to adding this information, the forms also provide the ability to edit customer and vendor information as well as edit transactions. Changes are then reflected in the worksheets.
